Make the clinical evidence pipeline as rigorous as it is fast.
Healytex was built around a simple idea: the most repetitive parts of clinical data standardization and statistical production should be automated, but regulated decisions should remain transparent and accountable.
We combine clinical data engineering, CDISC expertise, biostatistics, statistical programming and modern automation to help study teams reach high-quality analysis and submission deliverables sooner.
Founded in 2026, Healytex serves pharmaceutical and biotech sponsors across the United States and Europe who need a faster, more traceable path from clinical data to regulatory submission artifacts.
Healytex is a division of HyperAspect, the enterprise AI company behind the Cognitive Cloud platform.
What guides everything we build
Traceability over black boxes
A user should be able to understand how a regulated output was produced.
Standards before customization
Use industry standards as the base and sponsor-specific rules as controlled extensions.
Automation with accountability
Technology accelerates the work; qualified professionals own the study decisions.
Quality earlier in the lifecycle
Detect issues during ingestion and transformation rather than during final submission QC.
Reuse what the sponsor already learned
Mappings, metadata, terminology, derivations and output templates should compound across studies.
Building the future of clinical data automation

Ivaylo Guenov
Ivaylo Guenov is the Executive Chairman of Healytex. He is a seasoned leader with a comprehensive blend of leadership and technical expertise, guiding the company's technology direction, solution implementation and growth in clinical data automation.
He brings experience from senior technology and operations leadership, including development of complex enterprise data analytics products, integrating heterogenous data sources in complex regulated corporate environments and oversight of delivery across offices in the United States, Europe, India and Latin America for global companies such as Deloitte. His background includes chief technology leadership with responsibility for innovation and R&D initiatives—experience that shapes how Healytex builds scalable, automated and governed AI data pipelines for regulated work.
Ivaylo holds a dual Computer Science and Management degree. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found and scale several technology ventures in Canada, Europe and the United States that were acquired by global system integrators and investment funds.

Andrey Glavchev
Andrey Glavchev is the President of Healytex. A veteran technology executive with over two decades of engineering leadership, he specializes in high-scale distributed systems, enterprise artificial intelligence and mission-critical software platforms — leading the development and architecting the governed AI data pipelines that power Healytex's SDTM, ADaM and TLF services.
His core specialization is software architecture in heavily regulated industries, where compliance, auditability, zero-trust security and fault tolerance are mandatory. His cross-industry experience spans healthcare and life sciences, insurance, health insurance and cybersecurity—bridging machine learning innovation with enterprise regulatory frameworks.
He has led end-to-end design, security posture and release orchestration for cognitive cloud platforms built for complex, data-intensive environments. That work includes HIPAA- and GDPR-aligned healthcare systems, high-throughput insurance and healthcare data architectures, zero-trust cloud infrastructure aligned with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 22301, and big data pipelines using Apache Spark, distributed microservices and real-time processing for clinical and financial datasets.
Andrey holds an M.Sc. in Technology Entrepreneurship from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, an M.Sc. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering. His technical foundation spans enterprise cloud architecture, AI platforms, security and compliance, distributed systems and full-stack software engineering.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hristo Aladjov
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hristo Aladjov is Chief Science Officer of Healytex. He is an Associate Professor at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (Institute of Biophysics and Biomedical Engineering), specializing in artificial intelligence, mathematical modeling and computational biology—with over two decades of research and nearly 1,000 scientific citations.
His work sits at the intersection of theoretical computer science, machine learning architectures, toxicological risk assessment and neuromuscular biomechanics. He is co-author of the monograph Generalized Nets in Artificial Intelligence, Vol. 2: Generalized Nets and Machine Learning(with Acad. Krassimir Atanassov), and his research spans generalized nets, intuitionistic fuzzy systems, genetic algorithm optimization and expert-system design for complex parallel workflows and adaptive learning.
In computational toxicology, he has collaborated with institutions including the OECD and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on rule-based expert systems, SAR/QSAR modeling and Adverse Outcome Pathway networks—integrating multi-omics data and machine learning to support predictive safety assessment. His biomechanics research includes mathematical modeling of motor unit dynamics and hierarchical genetic algorithm optimization in human physiological systems.
At Healytex, Dr. Aladjov guides the scientific rigor behind AI-assisted data pipelines—ensuring that automation for clinical and regulatory work is grounded in sound modeling, traceable logic and defensible evidence.
